Once you create your Oway account, placing an order really is designed to be as simple as possible.

Click either "Instant Quote" or "Create an Order", fill in the details and lock-in a price for your shipment that you can save for now or later.

Once you place the order, Oway will match you with a carrier that will arrive to your location in usually under 1 hour (as long as it's before 3 PM on a business day).

Orders placed after 3 PM will be picked up the next business day, and you'll be informed of your pickup window.

Before the truck arrives, please make sure to print and affix your Oway label to your shipment, and that your shipment is able to be easily picked up in an open area by the driver. Once it's picked up, it will be delivered to it's destination.

Liftgates can be selected for all shipment types regardless of distance. Your driver will have the equipment to load your shipment for you (unless oversized), just make sure they are in a clear and safe place to do so.

Because Oway is a completely new system for freight - all of our drivers are always on the move. This allow shipments to be delivered same-day, next-day, or a day faster than industry standards depending on how far the pickup and dropoff locations are.

When you place an order, a driver simply reroutes for a few minutes from their usual deliveries to grab your shipment. So once it's picked up, you can expect it to get to your destination on the same route it was picked up on.

Our commitment to safeguarding your shipment is our priority - and so we ensure strict guidelines for all of our drivers.

Cargo Insurance:We require all our drivers to maintain a minimum cargo insurance coverage of $100,000. This coverage ensures that in the unlikely event of cargo damage, loss, or theft during transit, your valuable goods are protected. Our drivers are dedicated to delivering your cargo safely and securely to its destination.

Liability Insurance: To provide Oway shippers with the utmost confidence, we mandate that all our drivers maintain liability insurance coverage of at least $1,000,000. This coverage offers you and your customers peace of mind, knowing that you are protected in the event of any unforeseen accidents or incidents.

We currently only provide FTL services to enterprise users. Generally, Oway only accommodates shipments that are 12 pallets or less.

You can ship almost anything as long as it fits within the allocated space you paid for when placing your order. Pallets are also required, and shipments must be able to be picked up by a pallet jack. You can ship alcohol, but not chemicals, or any dangerous or illegal objects. We also do not ship cars.

No - Oway is only designed for non-refrigerated shipping. Please avoid shipping temperature-controlled goods as it breaks our Terms and Conditions policy. We also reserve the right to refuse any shipments placed on Oway.

When placing an order, you are able to select an opening window for your pickup and delivery - as well as the date for pickup. We encourage users to be flexible so that shipments can be done as efficiently as possible.
