Getting started with Oway?
Once you create your Oway account, placing an order really is as simple as it looks. Click either "Instant Quote" (or a quick quote) or "Place an Order", fill in the details and we'll lock-in a price for your shipment that you can save for now or later. Once you place the order, Oway will match you with a carrier that will arrive to your location in usually under 1 hour (as long as it's before 3 PM on a business day). Orders placed after 3 PM will be picked up the next business day, and you'll be informed of your pickup window. Before the truck arrives, please make sure to print and affix your Oway label to your shipment, and that your shipment is able to be easily picked up in an open area by the driver. Once it's picked up, it will be delivered to it's destination.
